Job description:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure that the organization is receiving the most value from their products and services.
  • Manage vendor contracts and agreements, including negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including conducting vendor assessments and audits.
  • Monitor vendor risk and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements and develop plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Maintain document control procedures, including version control and change management processes.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain document templates and style guides to ensure consistency in documentation.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide regular reports on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Informatics
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or a related field with knowledge of IT industry trends and vendor landscape.
  • Very good general knowledge of information and communication technology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and working with cross-functional teams.
