Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Staff role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and supporting customer retention efforts. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to understand their needs while offering tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal engagement
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in financial or service industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
