PT GIK
is expanding its management team and looking for experienced professionals to join our growing operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large-scale engineering team, overseeing process, industrial, and maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and stability of the production system.
  • Drive the implementation of lean production principles and process improvements, enhancing quality, safety, and efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Promote technological and operational innovation, coordinating cross-departmental projects to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management within large-scale manufacturing, preferably with experience leading teams of over 500 people.
  • Strong understanding of lean production principles and data analysis, with proficiency in using professional tools to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, proactive in driving technological innovation and process optimization, with excellent team leadership and project management skills.
