• Lead and coordinate new Project and customer project activities from prototype to mass-production.
• Prepare and maintain all PPAP documentation ,including process flow ,CP,PFMEA,WI and inspection standards
• Monitor and control project timelines, ensure all milestone are achieved as per customer and internal schedule
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive Engineering Change management.
• support continues improvement activities for productivity, quality, and cost optimization
• Manage supplier issues related to projects
• Identify key project risks whether stated or not and manage them to resolution or escalating them accordingly.
• Take appropriate actions where performance deviates from set tolerances.
• Manage technical process and resolve technical issues

• Education: Bachelor's  Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive or precision manufacturing projects.
• Hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) and PPAP documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, etc.).Exposure to APQP, IATF 16949, and VDA requirements
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and project timeline management
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and process validation techniques (MSA, GRR, CPK, SPC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and AutoCAD or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to handle customer communication and ensure on-time project deliverables.
