Job Description
As a Validation Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a project leader, managing both team activities and overall project execution.
  • Developing and executing validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems.
  • Develop comprehensive validation plans.
  • Author complex process validation protocols, including PPQ.
  • Review validation documents prepared by junior engineers.
  • Maintain clear communication with project teams, site leadership, and global stakeholders.
  • Travel to the transferring site to gain process knowledge and become the subject matter expert for the receiving site.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in validation principles and exhibit strong project management capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Life Science, or a related field.
  • Moderate to advanced expertise in equipment qualification.
  • Leads projects and reviews/approves qualifications authored by E1 and E2.
  • Writing: Handles only complex IQs (e.g., CALC).
  • Review & Approval: Performs most routine reviews and approvals.
  • Project Management: Independently lead moderately complex to complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in process validation.

  • Working knowledge of all listed areas, with deep expertise in several:

  • Test Method Validation

  • Clean Rooms
  • Purified Water Systems
  • Sterilization
  • Computer System Validation (CSV)
  • Cleaning Validation
