What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate a variety of factory-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and outcomes
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving
  4. Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives
  5. Provide regular progress updates and report on key performance indicators to management
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the factory operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Proficient in Japanese & English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
