Position: Supply Chain Manager - Indonesia Plant

Factory Overview
: 1,000 employees, engaged in consumer electronics final assembly (core products: vaping devices, smart electronic accessories). Key materials include hardware parts, plastic components, atomizers, batteries, and electronic components.
Core Objectives
: Ensure continuous production, control supply chain costs, and maintain compliant operations.

II. Core Job Responsibilities

  1. Supply Chain System Management
    Establish/optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes of the Indonesian plant (supplier development - procurement - warehousing - logistics - planning), align with headquarters standards and Indonesian regulations, and support the production capacity of 1,000 employees. Monitor supply risks of core materials (e.g., atomizers, batteries), establish dual-supplier and safety stock mechanisms to avoid material shortages.
  2. Supplier Management
    Develop local suppliers in Indonesia/Southeast Asia (focusing on hardware parts and plastic components); collaborate with headquarters to manage suppliers of core materials (atomizers, batteries). Formulate supplier access/performance standards, conduct quarterly audits and annual optimization. Lead negotiations for large-value material procurement to control costs.
  3. Production & Inventory Coordination
    Collaborate with production and sales teams to formulate monthly/weekly production plans and ensure material completeness. Monitor material consumption and control losses. Optimize inventory structure, improve turnover rates, and handle obsolete materials.
  4. Warehousing & Logistics Control
    Plan warehouse layout (including battery hazardous material areas) and implement 5S management. Select local logistics providers to ensure local delivery and optimize export logistics solutions. Manage compliant storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
  5. Team & Cross-Department Collaboration
    Set KPIs. Coordinate with factory production/quality teams and headquarters supply chain/finance departments to handle material quality issues and compliance matters. Establish supply chain risk early warning mechanisms (exchange rate, customs clearance, supplier risks) and update emergency plans quarterly.

III. Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    : Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, electronics or related majors. 8+ years of supply chain experience, including 3+ years in the consumer electronics industry and 3+ years in supply chain management of factories in Indonesia/Southeast Asia (experience in building a factory from scratch is preferred). Experience in leading teams of 20+ people.
  • Professional Skills
    : Proficient in end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement/supplier management/planning/warehousing/customs clearance); familiar with the characteristics (hardware/plastic/atomizers/batteries) and quality standards of consumer electronics materials; skilled in using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel/Power BI for data analysis; familiar with Indonesian import/export regulations, tax policies, and hazardous material laws.
  • Language Skills
    : Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
