  • Factory Overview: A 1,000-person-scale facility engaged in the assembly of finished consumer electronic products (core products: atomization devices, smart electronic accessories). Core materials include hardware parts, plastic parts, atomizers, batteries, and electronic components.
  • Core Objectives: Ensure continuous production, control supply chain costs, and achieve compliant operations

II. Core Job Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain System Management:Build/optimize the end-to-end supply chain process of the Indonesian factory (supplier development → procurement → warehousing → logistics → planning), align with headquarters standards and comply with Indonesian regulations to support the production capacity of 1,000 employees. Monitor supply risks of core materials (e.g., atomizers, batteries), establish dual-supplier mechanisms and safety stock systems to avoid material shortages.
  • Supplier Management:Develop local suppliers (for hardware parts, plastic parts) in Indonesia/Southeast Asia, and collaborate with the headquarters to manage suppliers of core materials (atomizers, batteries). Formulate supplier access/performance standards, conduct quarterly audits and annual optimizations. Lead procurement negotiations for high-value materials to control costs.
  • Production & Inventory Collaboration:Collaborate with production and sales teams to formulate monthly/weekly production plans and ensure material availability rate. Monitor material consumption to control waste, optimize inventory structure to improve turnover rate, and handle obsolete materials.
  • Warehousing & Logistics Control:Plan warehouse layout (including hazardous material areas for batteries) and implement the 5S management system. Select local logistics providers to ensure local distribution, optimize export logistics solutions, and manage compliant storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Team & Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Set KPIs for subordinate teams and manage team performance. Collaborate with factory production/quality teams and headquarters supply chain/finance departments to address material quality issues and compliance matters. Establish a supply chain risk early warning mechanism (for exchange rates, customs clearance, supplier risks) and update contingency plans quarterly.

III. Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Over 8 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in the consumer electronics industry and 3 years in supply chain management at factories in Indonesia/Southeast Asia (candidates with experience in building a factory from scratch are preferred).
  • Experience in leading teams of 20+ members.
  • Professional Competencies:
  • Proficient in end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, supplier management, planning, warehousing, customs clearance).
  • Understanding of the characteristics (hardware/plastic/atomizers/batteries) and quality standards of consumer electronic materials.
  • Ability to use ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and tools such as Excel/Power BI for data analysis.
  • Familiar with Indonesian import/export regulations, tax policies, and hazardous material regulations.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
