Senior Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities

  1. U.S. Influencer Targeting
    – Discover, assess, and shortlist U.S.-based influencers and creators who strongly resonate with our brand positioning, audience profile, and market goals.
  2. U.S. Market Campaign Strategy
    – Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies customized for the U.S. market to support product launches, key campaigns, and long-term brand growth.
  3. Creator Content Partnerships
    – Collaborate closely with U.S. creators to produce engaging, authentic content including sponsored content, reviews, tutorials, and lifestyle storytelling.
  4. End-to-End Campaign Execution
    – Own the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns in the U.S., from briefing and contract negotiation to timeline management and final deliverables.
  5. Data-Driven Performance Optimization
    – Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion to continuously sharpen strategy and results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3
    + year of hands-on experience
    in Brand Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, or closely related fields.
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing ecosystems
    , with a strong grasp of current U.S. market trends.
  • Proven experience handling beauty brand promotions
    across social platforms is a strong plus.
  • High passion for the beauty industry
    ; prior exposure to beauty, skincare, or FMCG brands will be highly valued.
  • Professional-level English proficiency
    , both written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    from a
    reputable U.S.-based university
    will be considered an advantage (or any other overseas university).
  • Available for full-time, on-site work
    at our Mega Kuningan office, South Jakarta.
