We're looking for a Bar Manager to lead our beverage division across multiple outlets — someone who blends creativity, operational excellence, and leadership with a deep passion for mixology and guest experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Bar Manager located in Jakarta area which are
Franco, Bastian, Kinkhao, Journee, and Ryota
. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and upholding health and safety regulations. Other daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, creating schedules, and developing drink menus. The Bar Manager will also be tasked with managing budgets, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and training and mentoring new employees.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards
