Role Description

The Bar Supervisor is an integral part of ensuring smooth bar operations, overseeing staff, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising the bar team, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with staff training. This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Jakarta, requiring a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage team performance effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and handle inquiries professionally
  • Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, with a solid understanding of bar processes and inventory management
  • Experience in Training team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • A background in hospitality or F&B management is preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
