Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bandung. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, providing financial advisory services, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting individual sales targets. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Client relationship management and customer service expertise
  • Understanding of financial products and services, with a focus on banking
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and goal-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry is an advantage
