Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Staff IT Developer based in Bandung. The Staff IT Developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT solutions, developing and debugging software, managing databases, ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role will also involve collaboration with other departments to support the company's IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal applications using basic programming languages.
  • Create and manage reports or data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Implement and support DevOps standards, including CI/CD pipelines, logging systems, and basic SEO practices.
  • Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in
    basic coding
    (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Skilled in
    Microsoft Excel
    (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Understanding of
    DevOps practices
    (CI/CD, logging, and SEO principles).
  • Experience or knowledge in
    Odoo development
    , especially its modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
