About the Role

PT. Yili Indonesia Dairy, a leading dairy company in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QMS Regulatory Staff to join our team in West Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our dairy products, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system (QMS) to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
  2. Conducting internal audits and monitoring quality control processes to identify and address any non-conformities
  3. Liaising with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  4. Providing training and guidance to production and quality assurance teams on QMS policies and procedures
  5. Documenting and reporting on quality control activities, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and process improvements across the organisation

What We're Looking For

  1. Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management systems or regulatory affairs within the food production industry
  3. Understand to operate BPOM system (E-REG, E-BPOM, E-Sertifikasi) very well as well as Halal system such as Si Halal BPJPH and Cerol LPPOM MUI
  4. Has deep knowledge regarding food safety and quality management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 ver. 6.0)
  5. Has basic understanding with internal audit and document control, as well as laws
  6. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
