PT. Sanusa Medika Hospitals is looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join our team in our Bandung office. The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and operations within the healthcare clinic or medical facility, including coordinating and supervising project activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and collaborating with healthcare professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Project planning and execution on develop and implement project plans for clinical operations and improvement initiatives.
- Process improvement by identify areas for process improvement within the clinical project and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team management by leading and managing a team of clinic staff involved in project-related activities
- Stakeholder collaboration by collaborating with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitoring target revenue, budget, resource management by monitoring revenue, project budgets and resources allocation to ensure efficient utilization of funds and materials
- Quality assurance by implementing quality assurance measures and ensure compliance of applicable regulatory standards and clinic policies.
- Change management by facilitating change management processes within the clinic.
- Analyzing data related to clinical project operations and project outcomes.
- Compliance and regulatory adherence by ensuring adherence to relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards

**Requirements**:

- Medical doctor degree (Master degree in hospital administration preferred)
- Experience in project management within healthcare or clinical setting, min 3 years
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trend both in government and private sector.
- Sound knowledge of revenue, cost/expense structure of clinical and healthcare project
- Demonstrates the ability to be patient focused, responsive, flexible, and committed to deliver quality service and improvement in an environment of continuous change
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Willing to be based in Bandung
