The Clinical Project Manager leads the cross-functional project team coordinating project deliverables for assigned projects. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing projects for a client and ensuring all specifications are being followed.
- Primary interface between the client and the Sanusa Medika project team members on assigned projects regarding issue escalation, financial questions, and management issues.
- Responsible for the project budget and coordinates activities among the functional departments to ensure deliverables are on-time and on budget
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to clinic management and stakeholder.

**Requirements**:

- Medical doctor degree (Master's degree in hospital administration preferred)
- Experience in project management within healthcare or clinical setting, min 3 years
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends both in the government and private sector.
- Sound knowledge of revenue, and cost/expense structure of clinical and healthcare project
- Demonstrates the ability to be patient-focused, responsive, flexible, and committed to delivering quality service and improvement in an environment of continuous change
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Willing to be based in Bandung
