  • Minimum Qualifications: Analytical Thinking - Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical requirements

  • Requirement gathering, root cause analysis, and process mapping
  • Documentation & Modeling Skilled in preparing documentation such as:BRD, FSD/FRD (Functional Specification Document), UML, Flowcharts
  • Stakeholder Communication - Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, QA, UI/UX)
  • Tools & Technology - Familiar with tools such as:Jira / Trello / API postman
  • Agile/Scrum Understanding - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • experience 3-5 years in similar role (IT business analyst, Product owner, project management)
