Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / Master 's degree in Economics (Accounting), Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in investment industries.
  • Strong capability in business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, business documentation, and Analyzing business processes, providing efficiency improvement recommendations, preparing system requirements documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear insights, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Good knowledge of cost control, risk assessment, investment analysis, and business process optimization.
  • Good understanding of financial modelling, market analysis, and investment feasibility analysis.
  • Experienced working with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
