  • Analyze and Design Business Process and Business Flow based on requirement.
  • Produce Document (System/Workflow/SOP) as based document for system development.
  • Constructing technical diagram (ERD/Class Diagram/etc.), analyzing system capabilities, and gap analysis.
  • Monitor running business process and workflow system, and enhance for system effectiveness.
  • Manage IT project execution and coordination, including SIT,UAT, and go live.
  • Implement projects by gathering and analyzing user requirements, and providing training.
  • Oversee project management from planning to completion, including error case analysis.
  • Troubleshoot errors occurring after project go-live.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree's in Computer Science (Information Technology / System Information)
  • At Least 3 years working experience as System Analyst / Business Analyst / Project Manager
  • Experience in project management, leadership and team management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skill and problem solving
  • Have good communication skill
  • Able to use Modelling Software (Ms. Visio, Ms. Project, Figma, etc.)
  • Database Modelling Skill is a plus.
  • Able to work in tight timeline and under preassure.
