Must have:

  1. Min. 1 Year working experience in Enabler / Distributor/ Retail/ E-Commerce as Business Data Analyst.
  2. At least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistic, or a relevant field.
  3. Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and analytical mind with business acumen.
  5. Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven in completing tasks, and possess high initiative to take action, including as a team player.
  6. Understanding of cost structures in transportation, warehousing, and project logistics.
  7. Capable of conducting market price research and analyzing data.
  8. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  9. Quick response and adaptability.
  10. Willing to be based in BSD (Ruko Northridge).

Job Descriptions:

Part 1: Pricing Analyst

  • Conduct data processing and analysis related to COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) vs selling prices.
  • Analyses Price structures.
  • Communicate pricing strategies based on the conducted analysis.

Part 2: Data Analyst

  • Provide and analyze data to identify issues, including supply chain, operations, and commercial, and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Design and implement effective data analysis strategies and collection systems for optimal statistical accuracy and quality.
  • Execute data cleansing and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Develop data visualizations using advanced any dashboard developer/ business intelligence tools.
  • Identify and define opportunities for process enhancements and optimization.

Part 3: Other

  • Collaborate with management to prioritize information needs and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate and contribute with other teams to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting the solutions' needs by using a consultative approach.
  • Enhance workflow and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Conduct continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments.
