Job Description

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap kepuasan konsumen eksternal melalui pelayanan yang diberikan cabang, agar dapat mendukung peningkatan pencapaian target cabang secara menyeluruh.
  • Memberikan informasi mengenai persyaratan pembiayaan dan angsuran/ perhitungan pelunasan kepada konsumen walk in sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna memastikan konsumen memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan.
  • Melayani konsumen yang akan menyerahkan persyaratan ataupun mengambil aset dokumen (BPKB) sambil melakukan penawaran kembali agar konsumen melakukan RO (Repeat Order) sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna memastikan konsumen memperoleh pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat.
  • Bekerjasama dengan Admin Insurance and Complete Data Entry Staff cabang dalam menangani proses awal klaim asuransi kendaraan sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna memastikan customer memperoleh pelayanan yang tepat dan cepat.
  • Menerima dan mengelola telepon dari konsumen, baik berupa pertanyaan seputar pembiayaan maupun penanganan keluhankonsumen, baik melalui telepon maupun keluhan melalui confins, sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku, guna memastikan kepuasan konsumen dan pencapaian target SLA.
  • Mengkoordinir karyawan cabang dalam melaksanakan standar pelayanan baik dari segi attitude karyawan di front office maupun dari segi layout front office (kebersihan, kerapihan dan keindahan), guna memastikan tercapainya standar pelayanan di cabang.
  • Melakukan survey exit customer dengan cara interview sesuai dengan standar, prosedur dan target SLA yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan dalam pengembangan strategi retention.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang administrasi dan service lebih disukai.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bank lebih disukai.
  • Komunikatif.
  • Detail dan teliti.
  • Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang area Tangerang
