  • Coordinate details with Sales Admin & Assistant CFP for Project Contact Report via email

  • Assissting Sales Admin to client for Invoice payment

  • Coordinate with Sales Admin for Project Payment database updates

Project Day:

  • Coordinate with client's PIC on project day

  • Attending location on preparations & project day

  • Assisting Expert Talent on project day

  • coordinate with Assistant CFP pre & during project day

  • Assisting Project Manager for long term / multi batch projects
