Currently, our client in financial services who gives educational financial trainings/workshop and seminars are looking for Account Executives with details below :
Job Requirement :
- 2-3 years in sales account & project events
- Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Economics
- Understanding Company's business revenue sources
- Pitching Company's services to clients
- MS Office (Word, Excel, especially Power Point) & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, & especially Slides) for Quotation & Proposals
- Create networking with new clients & maintaining existing clients
- Good Business & Financial English terms knowledge + decent pronounciation
background of AE from Media used to handle B2B
Job Description :
Pre-Sales:
Follow up general sales pipeline by making sales calls, chats and/or online/offline meetings
Understand client's needs and report to Sales Manager
Preparing Proposal & Quotation under Sales Manager's supervision
Describe confirmed project scope of work to Assistant CFP
Coordinate details with Sales Admin & Assistant CFP for Project Contact Report via email
Sales & Invoice:
Coordinate with Finance & Sales Admin for Invoice to client
Assissting Sales Admin to client for Invoice payment
Coordinate with Sales Admin for Project Payment database updates
Project Day:
Coordinate with client's PIC on project day
Attending location on preparations & project day
Assisting Expert Talent on project day
coordinate with Assistant CFP pre & during project day
Assisting Project Manager for long term / multi batch projects
