We are looking for Sales Manager for Jakarta Sales Office (JSO)
As a Sales Manager (JSO), we rely on you to:

  • Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
  • Leading Jakarta Sales Office to thrive and excell in the revenue target given by the Company
  • Deliver revenue result in high rate/pricing quality
  • Building new business relationship and maintaining good relationship with the existing Partners, Clients and Guest
  • Handle sales activities with local and international partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
  • Maintain sales and service standards of the Hotel

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing and enjoys interacting with people
  • Has experience minimum 2 year in similar role at International Chain Hotel
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spoken
  • Has strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Nurture team to deliver results
