Role Purpose

The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events at Nirvana Life, ensuring each event delivers a premium experience, runs smoothly, and aligns with the brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

● Plan, organize, and execute all club events (workshops, launches, member events,

community events, collaborations).

● Develop detailed event timelines, run sheets, and operational checklists.

● Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to Nirvana quality

standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

● Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (sound, lighting, décor, facilitators,

catering, etc.).

● Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Operations, Marketing, Front Office, Spa,

Fitness).

● Act as the main point of contact on event days.

Budget & Cost Control

● Prepare event budgets and manage costs efficiently.

● Track expenses and ensure post-event financial reporting is completed.

Brand & Experience Management

● Ensure events reflect Nirvana's luxury wellness positioning.

● Maintain high standards for ambiance, flow, guest experience, and service.

Post-Event Reporting & Improvement

● Collect feedback from guests and internal teams.

● Prepare post-event reports including attendance, costs, issues, and improvement

points.

Key KPIs

● Event execution quality and guest satisfaction

● On-time and on-budget event delivery

● Event attendance vs. target

● Post-event feedback scores

Requirements

● Minimum 2–4 years experience in event management, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

● Experience in wellness, fitness, or luxury hospitality is a strong advantage.
