Ringkasan Posisi Pekerjaan

Memimpin bisnis kantin yang berbasis revenue sharing dengan dua fokus utama: mendatangkan tenant F&B yang berkualitas (rasa, hygiene, variasi) dan meningkatkan penjualan catering rutin (serta event catering untuk acara sekolah & privat). Mengelola promosi, operasi harian, food safety, pelaporan, rekrutmen & SOP.

Tanggung Jawab Utama


• Akuisisi & Kurasi Tenant: bangun pipeline prospek, pimpin tasting & audit hygiene, negosiasi RS/kontrak, rotasi & variasi menu.


• Catering Sales (Rutin) & Event Catering: rancang paket/meal plan, kelola funnel trial → subscribe, susun proposal & SPK event, orkestrasi eksekusi & QC.


• Promotion & Advertising: buat campaign calendar, materi (poster/signage/WA resmi sekolah), tracking redeem/ROI.


• Operasional Harian: antrian ≤5 menit, service recovery, POS & rekonsiliasi harian, kebersihan area umum.


• Food Safety & Hygiene (oversight): terapkan 6 pilar & CAPA; audit mingguan; mock recall tahunan.


• Hubungan Sekolah & Pemilik Gedung: rapat rutin, sinkron kalender/event, kepatuhan house rules.


• Keuangan & Pelaporan: perhitungan RS, invoice & collection, dashboard KPI (GMV, RS, capture rate, komplain, hygiene, event).


• Tim & Vendor: pimpin tim kecil (ops/admin/cleaning), koordinasi vendor cleaning/pest sesuai SLA.


• Rekrutmen & Pelatihan: manpower planning, onboarding 14–30 hari, training matrix, refresh berkala.


• SOP & Implementasi: susun/publikasi SOP (operasional, POS, komplain, event; food safety), audit kepatuhan & update berbasis CAPA.

Kualifikasi


• Pengalaman 4–8 tahun pada salah satu: Leasing/Tenant Acquisition (food hall/food court), Merchant Acquisition (platform delivery), BD/Category (cloud kitchen), atau Institutional/Corporate Catering Sales.


• Terbukti kurasi & negosiasi tenant, memimpin tasting dan audit hygiene sederhana; nyaman dengan POS & data.


• Edukasi: D3/S1 Bisnis/Manajemen/Marketing/Komunikasi atau Hospitality/Pari wisata. Nilai tambah: Teknologi Pangan/Gizi, sertifikasi HACCP/ServSafe/halal, pelatihan Negosiasi/Contracting/Sales B2B.


• Soft skills: taste-led & tegas, negosiator yang adil, eksekusi lapangan, komunikasi baik dengan sekolah/orang tua.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) (6 Bulan)


• Occupancy tenant ≥95%, skor tasting ≥4,0/5, audit hygiene ≥90/100


• Catering rutin: subscriber +10–15%/kuartal, repeat ≥60–70%


• Event: ≥[X] event/bulan, conversion proposal ≥35–50%, NPS event ≥+40


• Promosi: ROI kampanye ≥3x, redemption 8–12%


• Operasi: queue ≤5 menit, komplain valid ≤0,5%, POS compliance 100%


• Keuangan: RS realisasi ≥90–95% target; DSO ≤30 hari

Benefit

Gaji pokok: Rp 10juta s/d 12,5juta per bulan.

Tunjangan tetap: transport, makan, komunikasi (Rp 1 – 2 juta/bulan).
