As part of this exciting new project, we're looking for a
Sports Center Manager for PitCourt
to lead the operations of our upcoming facility featuring padel, pickleball and tennis courts in BSD City.

If you have experience in sports club or hospitality management and love creating meaningful experiences for people — we'd love to meet you

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations for all courts (padel, pickleball and tennis) to ensure smooth scheduling, facility readiness and excellent guest experiences.
  • Manage and coach the operations team with a focus on teamwork, service and accountability.
  • Coordinate maintenance, vendor services and cleanliness to keep the facility in top condition.
  • Monitor revenue targets and optimize court utilization and booking efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams for tournaments, brand partnerships and community engagement activities
  • Handle customer feedback, incidents and operational problem-solving with proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or related field.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing operations in sports clubs, gyms or hospitality business.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills — you love creating systems that make operations run smoothly.
  • Comfortable managing schedules, budgets and people accross shifts.
  • Passionate about sports and community — you understand what makes people come back to play.
