Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Administrator based in Sentul, Bogor. The Center Administrator will manage day-to-day operations of the learning center, ensuring a conducive environment for students and teachers. Responsibilities include coordinating class schedules, managing student enrollment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the proper execution of the program curriculum. The role also requires overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the center while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Can communicate effectively using proper and formal language both verbally and in writing/text messages/emails
  • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
  • Administrative and coordination skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational abilities
  • Customer service and communication skills to manage inquiries and provide exceptional support to parents
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the center
  • Basic understanding of business operations and management
  • Experience in education, child development, or early learning programs is advantageous
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree
