PT Mitra Sinergi Intisolusi, perusahaan konstruksi terkemuka di Jakarta, sedang mencari seorang Estimator/Quantity Surveyor yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran vital dalam memastikan proyek konstruksi kami berjalan lancar dan efisien dengan menganalisis anggaran, biaya, dan kuantitas material yang dibutuhkan.

Job Desc:

  • Membuat gambar denah, detail dan potongan arsitektur, struktur, MEP, dan interior
  • Membuat BQ berdasarkan dari gambar desain, tender dan gambar kerja
  • Membuat analisa harga satuan dan RAB
  • Membuat timeline dan laporan progress pekerjaan
  • Melakukan laporan kebutuhan material dan alat di lapangan
  • Melakukan komunikasi dan pengaturan terhadap mandor dan tim kerja di lapangan

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Sipil atau Interior
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Estimator atau Quantity surveyor di bidang kontraktor sipil atau interior
  • Mampu membuat gambar Autocad 2D
  • Mampu membaca gambar kerja, menghitung volume dan membuat analisa harga satuan
  • Mempunyai minat tinggi terhadap perkembangan ilmu konstruksi/interior
  • Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan mempunyai komunikasi yang baik dengan semua tim kerja
