About the Role:

We're looking for a
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
who understands the world of interiors — someone who can translate creative design concepts into accurate cost projections and timelines.

BOQ/RAB preparation
,
furniture and joinery cost estimation
, and
fit-out material knowledge
, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    RAB/BOQ
    for interior fit-out and furniture works
  • Compare
    supplier quotations
    and negotiate pricing
  • Estimate
    production and client quotation costs
  • Work closely with the
    design and procurement team
  • Update material and labor costs periodically
  • Ensure budget accuracy and timeline efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    interior fit-out, furniture, or renovation
    projects
  • Background in
    Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or Civil Engineering (with interior experience)
  • Proficient in
    Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
    for quantity take-off
  • Familiar with
    finishing materials, joinery, and MEP coordination
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with supplier databases and online catalogs
  • Experience in residential or hospitality interiors

Salary Range:
IDR 7–9 million per month (depending on experience)
