We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Account Sales Manager - Industrial Water Treatment to join our team
Responsibilities:Drive new customer acquisition and manage a high-volume deal pipeline.
Manage assigned accounts with a focus on technical service and value creation.
Maintain revenue, ensure price capture, and improve gross profit margins.
Identify and pursue new product opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting prioritized opportunities.
Respond to inbound leads and leverage sales expertise to close new accounts.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Perform standard procedures, data gathering, and reporting using charts and diagrams.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the water treatment field.
At least 2 years in a similar sales/service role.
Strong technical knowledge in water treatment, including cooling water, boiler water, RO, raw water, and wastewater systems.
Experience in industries such as chemical/petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, automotive, palm oil, or general manufacturing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to generate clear reports.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, goal-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
