Project Manager / Program Manager
to join our team and help us advance impactful programs for our ocean and climate.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of work experience as a
    Project Manager
    or
    Program Manager
    in Environmental, Climate Change, Marine Conservation, or related fields.
  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marine Science, Fisheries, Oceanography, Environmental Engineering
    , or other relevant majors.
  • Strong skills in
    communication, networking, presentation, and interpersonal relations
    .
  • Proven ability to work with
    targets and timelines
    .
  • Experienced in
    designing social–environmental or climate-related program proposals
    (e.g., Blue Carbon, Climate Change, or Marine Conservation initiatives).
  • Demonstrated experience in
    project management and stakeholder communication
    .
  • Competitive salary
    .
  • Willing to work
    on-site in Bintan
    and flexible for travel or field assignments outside the city
