Role Description

As a Program Manager, you'll lead environmental initiatives in Bintan, with a focus on marine conservation and climate action, while collaborating with various international organizations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience, strong skills in proposal writing, program design, and stakeholder engagement, and a background in marine or environmental sciences. Candidates must be target driven, adaptable, and open to occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Management, Planning, and Execution skills
  • Having Background knowledge from Environmental, Climate Change, Marine Conservation, or related fields.
  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science, Public Relation, Fisheries and Marine Science, Oceanography, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong English communication, networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under targets.
  • Experienced in designing program proposals related to Social-Environmental Initiatives, Blue Carbon, and Climate Change.
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bintan.
  • Flexible for assignments all over country/area when required.
