Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

2. Have a minimum of 1 years working experience in general ledger accounting with a shipping or Logistics background is a plus

3. Proficiency in accounting software andbookkeeping programs such as Oracle or EBS

4. Fluency in oral and written Chinese and English is a Must

5. Good practical experience with financesoftware and MS Office, particularly Excel

6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and good time & organizational management skills

7. Knowledge of relevant tax laws in accordance with the tax system in Indonesia, and accounting regulations & practices

8. Highly ethical with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information

Job Description:

  1. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, LKPM, and complete monthly-close processes

2. Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

3. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

4. Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data

5. Analysing data collected to determine the state of the company's financial health

6. In charge of internal and external audit work, support transfer pricing.

7. Ensure compliance with local accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

8. Manage the company's internal system (in Chinese), reviewing invoices and payment requests submitted through the system

  1. Report analysis and reporting abdout the BS、IS、CF details and internal control inspection

  2. Voucher Binding and Filing.

  3. Assist in establishing a regular SOP for finance work.

  4. Provide assistance to headquarters and respond to colleagues.
