Qualifications :

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation and finance (preferably with experience at Senior or Supervisor level).
  • Holder of Brevet A & B certification
  • Proficient in tax systems such as Coretax
  • Familiar with accounting software (Accurate 5 & ERP)
  • Strong understanding of current tax regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, and able to work within deadlines.

Job Description :

  • Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and General Ledger).
  • Perform bank reconciliation, tax reconciliation, and sub-ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly management reports including financial statements, tax obligation status, AR/AP aging report, and tax reconciliation.
  • Create transaction journals and period-end adjustment entries (accruals, amortization, inventory adjustments, depreciation) in the Company's accounting system.
  • Assist the GM Finance, Accounting & Tax in handling tax restitution, tax audit, tax objection, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Authority (DJP).
  • Ensure the proper use of accounting software in accordance with SOP (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
