Accounting Supervisor
to strengthen our Accounting team.

As an
Accounting Supervisor
, you will play a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the business with reliable financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance with PSAK and internal control policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting through accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Guide and mentor accounting staff to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in accounting, preferably from
    automotive, retail, or manufacturing industries
    .
  • Strong understanding of PSAK, taxation, and accounting systems (experience with SAP or similar ERP is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
