Client Details

Our client is a prominent mining company with strong track record and proven to withstand the turbulence in the mining scene. In order to boost their ever expanding operation, they are looking to hire accounting supervisor to join their head office in Jakarta Pusat

Description

  • Conduct day-to-day accounting operations at head office, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.
  • To perform internal accounting support including the maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payments
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff
  • Support in computing taxes and preparing tax returns.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews, addressing any audit findings and implementing recommendations for process improvements.

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience at relevant roles
  • Knowledge in accounting standards and best practice
  • Mandarin is not a must, but welcomed addition
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting software (including Ms. Excel)
  • Willing to work half day on Saturday
