We're Hiring an Organization & People Development Officer

PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU) is looking for an Organization & People Development Officer to support end-to-end talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational improvement initiatives. This role will facilitate training, drive performance management, and partner with departments to enhance employee capability, engagement, and growth across the Banggai Ammonia Plant site.

Work Location: Site Banggai Ammonia Plant, Kabupaten Banggai

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Organization & People Development Lead

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or People Development roles
  • Knowledge of UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and HR best practices
  • Skilled in recruitment, training design, and performance management
  • Trained in Performance Appraisal with KPI, Job Description Analysis, and Balanced Scorecard
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical thinking skills
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
  • Willing to work in a site-based roster

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment and selection processes to ensure qualified and culture-fit candidates
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs (e.g., Operator Trainee Program, Engineer Trainee Program, and Leadership Training)
  • Conduct skill gap analysis and develop training plans with department heads
  • Support career pathing, succession planning, and job evaluation activities
  • Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives
  • Manage knowledge-sharing platforms and promote a learning culture across departments
  • Track and analyze training and performance metrics for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with SMK3 and SML standards for a safe and sustainable workplace
