GA & IT Staff (Property)

PT Central Sudirman Development, a property developer company, is seeking a General Affair and IT Staff to manage office operations and provide IT support. This role combines administrative duties with technical responsibilities to ensure smooth office functionality and efficient IT services.
Job Responsibilities:
General Affairs:
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and business trips.
• Oversee building maintenance, office cleanliness, and liaise with service providers (e.g., cleaning, security).
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding office operations and safety procedures.
• Maintain records related to office inventory, facilities management, and employee welfare.
• Support HR in employee-related activities and coordinate logistics for onboarding new employees.
IT Support:
• Provide IT support to all staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain company servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of company software and hardware.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans are implemented and followed.
• Manage IT equipment inventory, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other office technologies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT-related services and equipment procurement.
• Maintain the company's website, internal communication systems, and software applications.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and IT strategies to enhance business efficiency.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
o Experience minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
o Experience in IT troubleshooting, network management, and general office administration.
o Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Familiarity with property management systems and software is a plus.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
o Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Good command of written and spoken English (preferred).
