Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the company's overall financial and accounting functions across multiple business units.

  2. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and international standards.

  3. Manage and supervise payroll processing for multi-entity operations.

  4. Liasing with tax consultant and accounting firm to ensure the preparation and submission of tax reports are full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

  5. Provide financial analysis and insights to support investment planning and asset management strategies.

  6. Support the implementation, optimization, and daily operations of ERP Odoo system for accounting and finance functions.

  7. Collaborate with management on financial planning, investment structuring, and compliance with Indonesian investment law.

  8. Build, mentor, and manage the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

  3. Proven experience in multi-core businesses (preferably across construction, manufacturing, asset management, and hospitality).

  4. Solid background in payroll processing, Indonesian tax compliance, investment law, financial audits, and tax audits.

  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Professional certifications (CPA, CA, or similar) are a plus.

  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
