Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable & Payroll) - Full time

Department: Finance & Accounting

Reports to: Head Accounting

Location: Jalan Pantai Nyanyi, Bali

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our Finance team. The role will focus on managing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing, timely vendor payments, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits (C&B): 1. Administer monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions. 2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian statutory requirements (PPh 21, BPJS, etc.). 3. Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records. 4. Coordinate with HR regarding employee changes (new hires, resignations, promotions). 5. Prepare and analyze C&B reports for management.

Accounts Payable (AP): 1. Process vendor invoices and staff claims with proper documentation and approvals. 2. Monitor vendor due dates and ensure timely payment. 3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. 4. Maintain AP aging schedules 5. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. 1–3 years of experience in payroll, C&B, and accounts payable. 3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and BPJS. 4. Experience with accounting systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. 6. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
