Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication across the team, to ensure all project's targets are achieved and function optimally.
- Lead and oversee all development and construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring alignment with company vision, budget, and timeline.
- Review and approve project master schedules, budgets, and design concepts before execution.
- Supervise and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/contractors related to civil, MEP, architecture, and interior works.
- Supervise all maintenance activities: buildings, MEP and all equipments
- Ensure that all work complies with technical standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid cost overruns or delays.
- Evaluate progress reports, site conditions, and performance of contractors or consultants; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strict control over cost, timeline, and resource allocation, ensuring transparency and accountability in all project phases.
- Provide regular project updates to the BOD, including strategic insights, issue resolutions, and milestone achievements.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement across project management systems and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
- Proven experience in MEP coordination, interior fit-out, and civil construction management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to bridge communication between technical teams and top management effectively.
- Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards simultaneously.
- Familiar with project management tools and reporting systems.
- Based in Tabanan, Bali or willing to be stationed on-site as required.
