About MNC & Timedoor University Collaboration

MNC University and Timedoor Academy are jointly launching a Japan AI Business Program, aiming to nurture Indonesian talents who can work in Japan or Japan-related global industries. To support this mission, we are developing a 4-year Japanese Language & Culture Curriculum that allows university students to reach JLPT N2 proficiency, while also learning communication skills and professional manners required for working in Japan.

We are looking for a professional curriculum developer or Japanese language educator who can design a comprehensive 4-year Japanese curriculum for university students.The goal is to integrate language, culture, and career readiness to help students achieve N2-level Japanese proficiency while preparing them for real-world communication in business and daily life in Japan.

Job Description :

  • Design a 4-year curriculum roadmap (from beginner to JLPT N2 level)
  • Develop course syllabi, weekly topics, and assessment rubrics for each semester
  • Include modules covering Japanese culture, business communication, keigo, and job interview preparation
  • Align the curriculum with international Japanese language standards (CEFR-J / JLPT)
  • Collaborate with Timedoor Academy's instructional design and LMS teams to digitize materials
  • Provide guidance for teaching materials, conversation practice formats, and speaking evaluation rubrics
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings and progress reviews (online)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Japanese Language Education, Linguistics, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in teaching or developing Japanese language curriculum (preferably at the university level)
  • Deep understanding of JLPT structure and Japanese communication culture
  • Strong ability to design systematic, long-term progression from beginner to N2 level
  • Excellent communication skills in English or Indonesian or Japanese(Japanese native or fluent preferred)
  • Familiarity with digital education tools or e-learning platforms is a plus
  • Passion for supporting international students who aim to study or work in Japan
  • Good communicator and Hard Worker.
