About the Company

DUA Lighting is an innovative and rapidly growing decorative lighting manufacturer. We are committed to delivering high-quality products with aesthetic and functional designs. We are currently looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team and help create outstanding products that align with market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
  • Conduct market research on trends, materials, technology, and design for product innovation.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure products meet quality standards and market demands.
  • Lead product testing and performance evaluation before market launch.
  • Oversee material sourcing and ensure cost-effectiveness in product development.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure each stage of product development stays on schedule.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners for new product development.

Qualifications

  • Already domiciled in Bali.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, Management, or a related field.
  • Related experience in product development, preferably in furniture or decorative products.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product design, and materials.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative and competitive products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in product design concept and software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
