Odoo Developer (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and optimize
    Odoo modules
    based on business requirements.
  • Build and modify system features using
    Python
    within the Odoo framework.
  • Integrate Odoo with workflows (finance, HR, operations, property, visa services).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, or system issues promptly.
  • Manage
    data migration
    and database accuracy (PostgreSQL).
  • Prepare documentation for configurations, updates, and technical processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deploy effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    1–2 years experience
    as an Odoo Developer (Freelance / Part-time / Full-time).
  • Proficient in
    Python
    and experienced with
    Odoo framework & custom modules
    .
  • Familiar with
    PostgreSQL
    ,
    HTML/CSS/JavaScript
    .
  • Good understanding of ERP workflows (Accounting / HR / Operations).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, reliable, and deadline-oriented.
  • Able to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
