Web Developer
to join our growing in-house marketing team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Website Development

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress based on business requirements.
  • Create and modify themes, layouts, modules, and features using Shopify, HTML.
  • Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party applications (payment gateways, CRM, marketing tools, shipping systems, etc.).
  • Develop landing pages, campaign pages, and microsites for product launches or marketing activities.

2. Maintenance & Optimization

  • Perform regular updates on themes, plugins, and systems to ensure security and compatibility.
  • Optimize website speed and performance through image optimization, script management, caching, and other best practices.
  • Monitor uptime, troubleshoot errors/bugs, and implement quick fixes when needed.
  • Manage hosting, domain, backups, and website database maintenance.

3. UI/UX & Brand Experience

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website aligns with the brand identity and visual standards of a swimwear/fashion brand.
  • Enhance user journeys, navigation, mobile responsiveness, and overall shopping experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates, add-to-cart performance, and conversion rates.

4. E-Commerce Enhancement

  • Improve checkout flow, product bundling, upsell, and cross-sell features.
  • Integrate inventory, fulfillment, ERP, or other operational systems when required.

5. SEO & Analytics

  • Implement technical on-page SEO (schema markup, metadata, content structure, alt tags, site speed).
  • Integrate and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking platforms.
  • Analyze website performance and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Web Developer, specifically in Shopify and WordPress development.
  • Experience in fashion/ E-commerce industries is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Shopify, custom theme development, and app integrations.
  • Understanding of modern UI/UX practices and responsive design principles.
  • Familiar with technical SEO, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
