About the role

This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager IT for TMS position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in driving sales for IT solutions, with a focus on their Transportation Management System (TMS) offerings. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of PT Kamadjaja Logistics' TMS solutions among new and existing clients
  2. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on how PT Kamadjaja Logistics' TMS can streamline their logistics operations
  5. Work closely with the product and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  7. Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing campaigns
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling IT solutions, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  2. Strong understanding of transportation management systems and logistics operations
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  4. Proven ability to identify and qualify sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  5. Proficient in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
  6. Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
