About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at CLAIRMONT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across our various brand channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. This position is based in our office in South Jakarta - Gandaria

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage end-to-end social media campaigns from strategy to execution and analysis
  2. Create high-performing organic and paid social content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives
  3. Shoot and edit short videos with Capcut, plus simple graphics in Canva or Adobe
  4. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social platforms
  5. Analyse social media performance data and provide recommendations to optimise future campaigns
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform features to identify new opportunities
  7. Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns and initiatives
  8. Support the development and maintenance of our social media content calendar
  9. Track and analyze content performance weekly, identify what's working (or not), and propose ideas to improve impact and conversion

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  2. 3-4 years of experience in a social media marketing especially in retail F&B Industry
  3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  4. Proven ability to create engaging and on-brand organic and paid content
  5. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
  8. Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
  9. Proficient in Adobe, CapCut, Canva, etc
