Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across IG, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with each client's brand goals.
  • Lead content ideation: trends spotting, hooks, scripts, concepts, and visual references.
  • Brief the creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) with clear and actionable directions.
  • Manage posting schedules, community management, and platform hygiene.
  • Handle multiple clients with high responsiveness and excellent project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist (or similar role).
  • Agency experience is a must (digital/creative/social media agency).
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, consumer behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end social media operations for multiple brands.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
