Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Jakarta. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring analytics to measure the success of campaigns, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Resonsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement creative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content (copywriting, images, videos, reels, etc.) aligned with brand identity.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and overall Marketing Strategies.
  • Ability to design and develop visual content using creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with META Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong creative thinking
    and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of café beverage industry products is a plus.

Work Setting & Benefit

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: On-site at our office in Sepatan Area, Tangerang
