Social Media Specialist (Experience in handling AI Products)

We need a creative, fast-moving Social Media Specialist to grow our brand internationally by creating content that goes viral. You will be responsible for spotting global trends and adapting our message to resonate in different cultures.

Responsibility

  • Monitor global trends (all social media channel) and quickly create high-impact content designed to achieve massive organic reach and shares.
  • Develop and manage social media content tailored specifically for our key international markets.
  • Utilize AI tools (like generative AI for ideation, copywriting, or basic image/video creation) to speed up content production and testing.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant, sensitive, and appropriately translated or adapted for local audiences.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all international channels.
  • Track performance of all content (reach, shares, engagement) and use the data to constantly improve the viral strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years managing social media for a brand, with focus on international markets.
  • A clear history or portfolio showing content you created that achieved significant viral success.
  • Deep understanding of how TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X algorithms work.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content ideation skills.
  • Comfortable using social media analytics tools to track performance and spot opportunities.
  • Familiarity and practical experience using AI tools for content generation (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, another AI video editors) is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with hands-on video or image content creation and basic editing is highly beneficial
